Topical anesthetic is applied before treatment to assure maximum comfort during the treatment. Following treatment your skin may appear slightly pink to red, like a mild sunburn. There is minimal social downtime and patients can return to work the next day. A series of three treatments spaced a month apart is recommended. Results may appear after just one treatment, but will continue to improve three to six months following your last treatment. Maintenance of your procedure may require multiple treatments.
